Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties, Twitter and other online media. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference at the discretion of the conference organisers.
The MAB20 Conference is informed by community participation guidelines. These guidelines cover our behaviour as participants, organisers, volunteers, partners, and anyone else involved in making MAB20 possible.

The following will not be tolerated at MAB20: personal attacks; derogatory language; unwelcome sexual attention or physical contact; disruptive behaviour; influencing unacceptable behaviour. If you experience practices or behaviours at MAB20 which don‘t meet the policies above, or if you feel you are being harassed in any way, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. All issues raised are treated as confidential and shared only with our Safety Team.
