The Media Architecture Biennale 2020 will take place in Amsterdam and Utrecht. However, considering the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the MAB20 has been postponed to a date, yet to be confirmed, in May/June 2021.
The event will kick off in Utrecht with the MAB Academy, public lectures, workshops and site visits. The second day will feature workshops in Amsterdam, and continue on the Biennale’s third day with Symposia and the opening of the Exhibitions at Marineterrein, in Amsterdam. Next we will have the main conference will take place in Pakhuis de Zwijger, with various keynotes, paper sessions and round tables. MAB20 is planned to conclude on it’s fifth day with the Awards Show for the Media Architecture Awards. (Programme still subject to change)
